...A PROJECT YOU COULD CONSIDER SUPPORTING Building Project Phase II In 2007 we inaugurated the first phase of our Building, which is our current offices situated off Ara Street, Dorado Park. The total cost of the project then, was estimated at N$ 1 900 000.00 of which Philippi was successfully awarded N$ 980 000.00 for this phase by Global Fund and building commenced in September 2006. We took up office of the new premises in April 2007. The second phase of our building has now become essential to the continuation of our organisational programmes. Carlo Sprengel Architects has provided us with architectural drawings and an estimated N$ 5 million as estimated by a qualified quantity surveyor is required. These documents are available from us. The second phase of our building project comprises of counselling rooms; office space; and additional training facilities!
